JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to work at a high-end apartment complex getting apartments for new tenants. You will perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, moving appliances, installing ceiling fans, changing outlets, changing garbage disposals, etc. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing maintenance experience, must be safety conscious, must have own reliable transportation, must have own tools, and must be dependable. Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
