If you're passionate about great food, take pride in your station, and want to help make Alaska's best tavern-style pizza, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Craft high quality tavern-style pizza to order with speed and accuracy Consistently produce mise en place that meets or exceeds the Executive Chef's standards Ensure food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness Communicate with BOH and FOH to coordinate and execute orders efficiently Monitor inventory, prep, and ingredient quality What You Bring 2+ year experience making pizza or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen Leadership experience (shift lead or similar role) Strong culinary fundamentals including timeliness of firing Proven ability to maintain high output without compromising quality standards Knowledge of food safety & sanitation standards Attention to detail, food quality, and ability to multitask Valid Anchorage Food Handlers Card Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work efficiently under pressure Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) Solutions-oriented with high situational awareness Bonus Qualifications Experience in catering, bartending, or food service management Experience in front-of-house operations Completed ServSafe Manager Course or other hospitality certifications Butchery, sauce making, or prep leadership skills Interest in local attractions, events, and outdoor tourism in Alaska Why Work With Us?
