Lead Senior Food Service Attendant

Responsible for leading the daily operations of the department, including schedule adjustments and monitoring activities to verify compliance with established policies and standards. Provides leadership and direction to staff in coordination with and in the absence of a supervisor's presence. Assumes role of "person in charge" when required, in accordance with Washington State Food Code. Responsible for the delegation of daily duties to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year - Institutional, Restaurant, Hotel, or Healthcare food service experience
• 1 year - Leadership experience
