Responsible for leading the daily operations of the department, including schedule adjustments and monitoring activities to verifypliance with established policies and standards. Provides leadership and direction to staff in coordination with and in the absence of a supervisor's presence. Assumes role of "person in charge" when required, in accordance with Washington State Food Code. Responsible for the delegation of daily duties to ensure that all work ispleted in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED
National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year - Institutional, Restaurant, Hotel, or Healthcare food service experience
1 year - Leadership experience

Pay Range: $ 27.85 - $ 38.54
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additionalpensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
