POSITION REQUIREMENTS
As a captain, you are part of a hospitality team committed to providing a caring and thoughtful guest experience. You will manage a service team, including food runners, back servers and sommeliers and are responsible for the foundational elements of service for our guests. At Quince, this is achieved through a mastery of technical service skills, peer collaboration, an informative approach to the menu and product, and an inherent welcoming and professional demeanor. Preferred two years previous fine dining service experience in a chef-driven restaurant.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($18.67) plus tips
