Job Description
Performance Contracting is seeking a Receptionist to perform administrative functions for its PCI Portland 553 operations based in Portland, OR.
Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Answering phones
Greeting visitors
Sort mail/UPS
Shipping UPS packages/envelopes as needed
Office supply ordering
Digital filing (think cloud based moving files, renaming, scanning etc.)
Data entry into various systems
Safety/HSI - entering training & certification dates into employees profiles
Accounts payable - uploading and renaming receivers
HR - scanning and filing employee new hire paperwork
Pay: $18-22/hr
Basic Requirements:
1-5 years of office administrative experience.
Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize.
Ability to work in team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
