Maintenance Worker

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking **General Maintenance Worker** to join our team. This position involves a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform general custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms + Conduct light painting and touch-ups as needed + Carry out light landscaping tasks such as trimming, weeding, and watering + Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas + Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds + Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor **Qualifications:** + Previous maintenance or custodial experience preferred but not required + Ability to work independently and follow instructions + Basic knowledge of cleaning and landscaping tools + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions + Strong attention to detail and a positive attitudeManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
