Line Cook/Prep Cook Eastside Milwaukee

We're looking for multiple culinary positions to be filled going in to the busy season on Brady Street. With a small kitchen and 32 seats for dining, it is quite often a one person show.
Organization and time management are critical.

Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prep line for production and produce food orders throughout service.

Prep bulk/backup product throught shift as needed and/or instructed.

Clean all kitchen smallwares and food service related dishes, as needed, throught your shift.

Our kitchen is exposed and visible to diners and bar patrons. Professional look, attire, and attitude are very important.
