Fine dining server with bar experience

The restaurant is based on a private supper club in Chicago in the 1950s, so extra points if vintage is your vibe. We provide guests with a very high and detailed level of service in a very small space. Fine dining experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. You absolutely must have at least 2 years of serving experience and ideally a decent amount of wine and wine service knowledge.
Our bar side provides craft cocktails in a speakeasy-esque environment as well as bar food and the option for full dinner service. We have a well attended happy hour 7 days a week, and getting to know our many regulars is an absolute must.

Looking to hire someone who is available for immediate training. Must be Servsafe and RBS certified within 30 days of being hired.

This position will be for Monday day and two evening serving shifts (flexible on nights, Sunday-Thursday). We are currently in our slow month, once that has passed we will be adding a Friday evening serving shift as well. Lots of possibilities to pick up shifts, especially day serving shifts M-F as needed. We also have several staff members taking time off throughout the summer who will need shifts covered.
