You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints as necessary Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Must be available at least two evening shifts (3-11 pm) and at least two morning shifts (7-3 pm) - schedules are based on hotel demand. Opera experience is required. Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift, excluding break periods. Qualifications: Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent About Company Staybridge Suites Tallahassee I-10 East welcomes you!
