Job DetailsWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Restaurant Manager join our growing team.
As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a positive, memorable experience.
To be successful as a restaurant manager, you should have effective communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.
The day-to-day responsibilities such as greeting and serving restaurant guests, supporting service, and managing both back and front of house team members is essential. Below is a more detailed list of required duties.
As we are located on Grand Avenue, this location is also responsible for all our bagel production for all of our restaurant locations as well as our Wholesale Clients.
Basic Kitchen experience is required in either a fast-casual or full-service restaurant as well as experience in face-to-face customer service.

JOB DUTIES:
Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
Deliver exceptional guest services
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Update Toast POS on a daily basis to reflect correct counts of menu items
Manage restaurants daily operations.
Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
Organize and supervise shifts
Manage and lead staff
Develop hourly and salary for FOH and BOH positions.
Hire new employees
Training and evaluate staff performance
Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
Manage restaurant supplies including smallwares and COGs
Control costs and minimize waste
Create and nurture a positive working environment
Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
2+ years of experience customer service management
Extensive food, wine, beer and cocktail knowledge
Computer literacy
Familiarity with restaurant management software including Toast, Slack, Restaurant 365 and Gmail
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Good financial management skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skill
Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration
Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
