What Will You Do?
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival.
- Follow established Solette service sequence for consistent food & beverage guest experiences.
- Handle payment for guest purchases in compliance with Solette, Payment Card Industry and cash handling procedures.
- Properly ring guest orders through the POS system.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Work with a spirit of teamwork. Communicate needs and ideas to management.
- Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the menu.
- Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room
- Promptly deliver food to the correct guests according to table and position numbers
- Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
- Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
- Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment
- Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Upsell items to guests.
- Properly check all guests identification to ensure legal age compliance.
- Perform side work as needed.
- Keep server station clean and organized.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: Hourly ($12.62 - $14.00) plus tips
