Work Schedule: 6:00AM - 4:00PM, Mon, Tue, Thurs, & Fri.

The role you'll contribute:

The Concierge serves as a resource for outpatient staff, visitors, and patients to enhance the patient experience. The Concierge creates the WOW experience for outpatients and manages the main lobby of the hospital for visitor information needs. The Concierge will perform all activities in compliance with applicable state, federal, or regulatory guidelines.

The value you'll bring to the team:

  • Greets all patients and helps with patient/visitor needs.
  • Tracks patient wait times in real-time.
  • Notifies registration staff of any patient registration needs, questions, and/or concerns.
  • Provides the highest level of customer service.
  • Coordinates volunteers and student workers for miscellaneous job duties.
  • Directs volunteers and students to assist visitor and patient needs.
  • Reports any delays in registration to supervisor immediately.
  • Explains delays to patients and visitors.
  • Assists patients and/or visitors with any needs, such as refreshments, magazines, etc.
  • Serves as a contact person for hospital information needs, such as physician directories, billing office information, hospital directories, etc.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

  • HS Diploma or GED
