Client
The Client Sage is a Global Software & Solutions Provider. Cushman & Wakefield are retained to provide Workplace Management (WM) services globally.

Key Interfaces
Client Workplace Director(s), dedicated C&W Account-based team (Regional Workplace Managers, Workplace Managers and other team members), Client colleagues, external visitors, C&W contracted third party service providers and C&W Platform team members.

Role Purpose
As a key member of a global team, responsible for service delivery and ownership of Sages Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in Atlanta within the Clients estate, ensuring services are delivered to agreed protocols and processes, contractual service quality, commercial and compliance requirements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

General

To be a visible member of the Workplace team within the assigned location. Move boxes and light weight furnishings (chairs, lamps, end tables, etc.) Inspect lunchrooms and/or cafeterias and break areas and clean as necessary Ensure at all times that the CEC is in a presentable condition and clear from unnecessary items/boxes/furniture. To support in setting up of rooms/CEC for events and resetting of the spaces. To ensure that the grooming standards are followed at all times. Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the CEC and attached areas. Keeping basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors and colleagues at the CEC. Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance Respond to building requests, as instructed.

Supply chain

To ensure all third party services are delivered to the commitments of the global contract. To recommend changes to third party supplier arrangements where service quality, commercial or compliance matters are compromised.

Compliance

To contribute to the management of health and safety in the region, minimising or removing the potential for lost time incidents, and completing all required audit requests. To help ensure the region complies with the defined foundation standards (Sage Workplace) using the assessment tool as directed. To contribute to the effective management of sustainability within the region as directed by Sage. To contribute to the effective management of the requirements of the Sage Business Continuity Programme (BCP) at the region.
