Cashier-Food Prep

Laguna Development Corporation is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our Dairy Queen Grill & Chill team as Cashiers/Food Prep . In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand—greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, preparing food and treats, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Whether you're cooking, decorating cakes, or working the register, you’ll play a key part in delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while upholding DQ and LDC standards.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to great guest service. You’ll maintain food safety, cleanliness, and product quality while operating various kitchen equipment (based on age and training). Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays, with strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude. Basic math skills and prior food service experience are a plus. Serv-Safe Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening required.
