THE JOB:
As a Food and Beverage Assistant Floor Manager, you will supervise the daily operations and play a vital role in our departments daily operations! With your warm smile and commitment to exceptional service, youll set the stage for our guests to create WOW memories that last a lifetime. Your ability to connect with guests and understand their unique stories will transform ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Review daily schedules and manage time off and vacation requests; coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance

• Supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are maintained by service staff as well as manage activities; means of access and egress, to ensure complete compliance with Health Department and Fire Marshall Regulations

• Directly communicate with the Chef on all food service and menu issues

• Assist in seasonal menu changes and holiday menu changes

• Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing

• Exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operation

• Manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks can be processed correctly

• Direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure are required by the New York State Gaming Commission

• Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Has the availability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays

• Possesses a minimum of two years prior relevant service experience in a similar dining environment
