Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 8am 1pm

We are looking for 2 dependable and hardworking Kitchen Helpers to support our kitchen operations through vegetable prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and other light kitchen tasks. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly, efficiently, and hygienically.

Key Responsibilities:

Vegetable Preparation:
Wash, peel, chop, and portion vegetables and fruits as needed
Maintain consistency and quality in food prep
Follow proper storage and labeling procedures
Dishwashing:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Load and unload the dishwasher (if applicable)
Ensure all items are cleaned and stored properly
Cleaning & Sanitation:
Keep prep areas, sinks, and kitchen floors clean and organized
Take out garbage and recycling throughout the shift
Wipe down surfaces and follow daily cleaning checklists
Deep clean kitchen areas as scheduled or instructed
Other Light Kitchen Duties:
Restock kitchen supplies such as paper towels, gloves, and cleaning materials
Assist cooks and kitchen staff as directed
Help with basic food prep and packaging if needed

Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food prep experience is an asset
Comfortable using kitchen tools and handling cleaning products
Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
