Cleaner St. Cloud Hospital

Find your purpose joining CentraCare and the St. Cloud Hospital as a Hospital Cleaner (EVS), working to keep our patients safe and our facilities clean. We are seeking qualified Part Time Evening or Overnight workers with good communication skills for various part-time evening shifts. This is a fast-paced position that requires interacting and communicating fluently with patients and staff while sanitizing patient rooms and public spaces throughout the hospital.

Schedule:

• PART TIME (Two Evenings per week on average)
• Afternoon/Evenings/Nights | 8-hour shifts
• Part-time | 16-31 Hours every two weeks
• You will work Every Other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and one flexible day (1) during the week that you may choose.
• Other part time options may be available so be sure to accurately complete your application listing your available shift choices.

Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):

• Wage rates start at $16.98 per hour offering more with experience.

• Full pay range for this position is $15.36 to $23.04 hourly

• After 3pm shift differential is + $1.50 per hour.

• Weekend shift differential is + $1.05 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write simple task requests and reports, and communicate well with others required.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years of age due to handling of cleaning chemicals and operating mechanical lifts
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

Duties:

• Hospital cleaners sanitize rooms during patient's stays, and after patients are discharged.
• Tasks include: vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding and re-stocking bathrooms.
• Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.
• PPE is required and provided to protect your health and safety!
