In this position, you will be responsible for the auditing, posting and balancing of daily transactions to support the resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Follows audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions.
- Identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner
- Produces various reports for management and takes initiative to correct errors to prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensures that all charges have been posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account
- Generates housekeeping reports and prints folios departures.
- Calculates account balance at month-end and submits to accounting.
- Compiles daily revenue reports and files work accordingly.
- Balance the day's charges, making corrections, as necessary.
- Understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
- Reports any unresolved problems with owners and guests to management.
- Assists other departments as needed and carries out other duties as assigned by management.
- Performs front desk agent duties especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures.
Qualifications:
To fulfill this role successfully, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School diploma/GED
- Proficient English language communication skills to communicate both verbally and in writing.
Preferred, but not required:
- Associate's Degree/College Degree
- Customer service or similar related experience.
- Resort hospitality experience.
