THE JOB:

It is the responsibility of the Bar Porter to stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within beverage outlets while performing excellent guest service.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.8793 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Stock and maintain beverage outlets with necessary inventory, including glassware, condiments, and supplies

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas, equipment, and storage spaces, including regular deep cleaning

• Handle bar-related paperwork, inventory orders, and proper setup and breakdown of portable bars

• Address guest concerns within scope and escalate issues to management or security as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Six (6) months of food service experience
