Key Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee service on the line with efficiency and accuracy
Maintain high culinary and sanitation standards during prep and service
Collaborate closely with the Chef and BOH team to ensure quality and consistency
Assist with inventory, prep planning, and mentoring junior staff
Adapt to evolving menus and service demands
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in upscale or fine-casual kitchens
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and kitchen cleanliness
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
