Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and oversee service on the line with efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintain high culinary and sanitation standards during prep and service

  • Collaborate closely with the Chef and BOH team to ensure quality and consistency

  • Assist with inventory, prep planning, and mentoring junior staff

  • Adapt to evolving menus and service demands

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in upscale or fine-casual kitchens

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and kitchen cleanliness

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
