Companionship & light housekeeping for senior

un Companionship & light housekeeping for senior (Chicopee) 929 Memorial Drive compensation: $22/hour w local mileage included; plus non local mileage paid Looking to hire help for my 87 old mother who has Alzheimer's. Most weeks one or two visits, about 2 hours each, between Thursdays-Sundays, between 1-4pm. Occasionally a little more if she has an appointment or you do an outing. She lives in an assisted living facility so doesn't need medical care but uses a walker and needs occasional rides to doctors appointments, out for ice cream, someone to run an errand, light housekeeping (like dusting, laundry and throwing things out), and companionship/conversation. Sometimes if she's in the local hospital or rehab in Springfield she needs to be visited there. Prefer someone who can drive her places but will consider those who only want to visit. Must be non smoker, very patient, have a good driving record if applicable, excellent references and live in or very close to Chicopee, since it's often for only 2 hours or so at a time or dropping something off, etc. In your response please indicate your experience with elderly or people with Alzheimer's or dementia if any, your availability on Thursday - Sunday afternoons, whether you meet all of the above requirements and how far you live from 929 Memorial Drive Chicopee.
