The State Preservation Board (SPB) was established for the purpose of preserving, maintaining, and restoring the State Capitol and the 1857 General Land Office, which houses the Capitol Visitors Center. **Position** **Summary:** The** Custodian IV reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor with additional oversight from the Housekeeping and Grounds Manager. This position performs highly complex custodial work, under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The Custodian IV will serves as a team lead and will assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with administrative tasks including assigning work, completing purchase orders, estimating materials and supplies for projects, scheduling and training staff. Daily duties include providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest cleanliness standards are met.
