Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to lead our beverage experience. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Japanese spirits, sake, and craft cocktail techniques, paired with a refined sense of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, sake, beer, and wine with speed, precision, and artistry
Execute the Momo beverage menu, including Japanese whisky, sake flights, and seasonal creations
Ensure mise-en-place and prep for all syrups, garnishes, and infusions are consistently maintained
Engage with guests at the bar with professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge
Monitor bar inventory, participate in ordering, and maintain cleanliness and organization
Work closely with the bar manager and floor staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with Florida regulations
Represent the spirit of omotenashi in every interaction

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in craft cocktail or high-end restaurant bars
Strong knowledge of Japanese spirits: shochu, sake, umeshu, whisky
Experience in batching, prep, and cocktail development preferred
Fluent in English; basic Japanese is a plus
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
