Position: Facilities/Maintenance Technician
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $25$30 per hour (DOE & certification)
Schedule: Full-Time | Occasional evening or weekend work may be required

What Youll Do:

• 
  Participate in facility improvement and layout redesign projects
  
• 
  Move industrial shelving, furniture, and equipment
  
• 
  Perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems
  
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  
• 
  Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
  
• 
  Assist with upgrades, special projects, and installations
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
  
• 
  Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and safe production area by removing waste materials

What You Need to Have:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent
  
• 
  8+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities roles
  
• 
  Willingness to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified)
  
• 
  Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  
• 
  Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
  
• 
  Excellent troubleshooting and detail-oriented skills
  

The Musts:

• 
  Proven experience in a hands-on maintenance position
  
• 
  Flexibility in work hours
  
• 
  A proactive, safety-first mindset
  

Preferred:

• 
  Prior experience in manufacturing facilities
  
• 
  OSHA Safety Certification
  
• 
  Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)
