Were looking for a talented bartender to join our team at Cotra , a Japanese cocktail bar in Brooklyn. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Japanese spirits, ingredients, and bar culture.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working at a Japanese bar or cocktail-focused restaurant

• Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients and liquors (shochu, sake, umeshu, Japanese whisky, etc.)

• Ability to craft thoughtful, balanced cocktails with a Japanese twist

• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

• Open to working evenings and weekends

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with seasonal or omakase-style drinks

• Japanese language skills or cultural familiarity

Compensation: Hourly ($15.00 - $20.00) plus tips
