Job DetailsDelmonico's is looking for a passionate server who loves fine dining, steak, wine, and hospitality to join our team.
What we would like from you:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a New York City fine dining restaurant
Strong understanding of steps of service in a high-end, fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences
Deep interest in wine, classic cocktails, and food pairing
Knowledge of service procedures including wine service, coffee, and food presentation
Familiarity with POS systems and table-side service standards
Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
A polished and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
A sense of pride in being part of the legacy of DelmonicosAmericas First Restaurant
