Delmonico's is looking for a passionate server who loves fine dining, steak, wine, and hospitality to join our team.

What we would like from you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a New York City fine dining restaurant

  • Strong understanding of steps of service in a high-end, fast-paced environment

  • Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences

  • Deep interest in wine, classic cocktails, and food pairing

  • Knowledge of service procedures including wine service, coffee, and food presentation

  • Familiarity with POS systems and table-side service standards

  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations

  • A polished and professional demeanor with strong communication skills

  • A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities
