Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a creative, high-quality menu featuring seasonal ingredients, and crowd-pleasing dishes.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food prep & training.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a small, dedicated kitchen team.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to health/safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop specials and seasonal offerings, inventory and cost management.
  • Vibe: Fresh, vibrant, and approachable with an emphasis on seasonal produce and proteins.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • 5+ years of culinary experience.
  • Proven ability to create innovative, high-quality dishes for a casual dining setting.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
