Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville bakery, Bouchon Bakery, is seekingenthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the culinary brigade asa Pastry Chef de Partie.
In 2006, Chef Keller opened a Bouchon Bakery location at The Venetian in Las Vegas. As with the original Yountville location, the Bakery presents a take on the French boulangerie, highlighting artisanal breads, pastries, and sandwiches with both French and American influences prepared fresh daily.
Qualified individuals should possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of a minimum of 3 years of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.
Candidate must have full availablility to work the PM shifts
