As a Front Desk Agent at AC Hotel by Marriott Asheville Biltmore Village, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver exceptional service with a European-inspired approachrefined, efficient, and thoughtfully curated. You will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process while assisting guests with requests to enhance their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel systems.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and courtesy.
• Handle payments, issue room keys, and manage reservations accurately.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Follow Marriott brand standards and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software (training provided).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering personalized guest experiences.
