- Operation of industrial food service equipment
- Set up & breakdown of Breakfast Carts
- Deliver & pick up Breakfast In the Classroom
- Accurate documentation of Breakfast Meal Usage
- Assist with Lunch meal preparations as assigned daily
- Assemble and wrap self-serve hot sandwiches daily
- Set up serving lines daily
- Serve, restock and/or cashier during lunch meal service
- Accurate HACCP (temperature) documentation
- Washes dishes, pots and pans, and laundry as needed
- Cleans work area
- POS (cash register ) operation / Cash handling
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Qualifications:
- Must Be Customer Service Oriented
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous cash register experience
- Must know how to read and perform mathematical equations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitiously
- Knowledge of Safe Food handling and kitchen sanitation (HACCP)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and operate snack bar alone.
Hours - 6:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
