HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

We're pretty laid back around here. But one thing we do take extremely seriously is the cleanliness of our environment. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for keeping the Housekeeping Department running smoothly in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner. If youre a detail-oriented, personable neat freak, this could be the job for you.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

1. Leading and managing a team, including hiring, performance management, training, and a passion for sharing your hospitality experience with others.
2. Managing the hotel assets as your own while being mindful of costs, labor, and general business practices.
3. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of housekeeping staffing needs. Prepare schedules, cover shifts and ensure that the housekeeping department is staffed for all shifts.
4. A passion for serving guests and ensuring your team members share that passion through their service.

Your experience and qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum one year of experience in Housekeeping Management.
3. One to three years of related experience.
4. Strong team-building skills including the ability to lead, cooperate, motivate, and contribute as part of a team.
5. Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
6. Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service.
7. Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner.
8. Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

Pay: $68,640.00 - $77,000.00 per year
