Cleaner/Housekeeper

Reliable, Efficient Cleaner/Housekeeper wanted.
Must have your own transportation!

Our company manages a portfolio of 144 rental homes/apartments in the Kalamazoo area with a few in Battle Creek.We are looking for a person to clean our rental homes after move outs, multifamily communal areas monthly, as well as our personal home 5x per week (2 hours each day)

The homes are single families or small multi-families (300 sqft to 1300 sqft)
This is a contractor (1099) position. Pay is per job.
Must be an excellent cleaner with ability to think outside of the box
Must be reliable and available to work 9am-6pm
Must have own transportation (not shared) and cleaning tools etc.
Must live in Kalamazoo or close by.
Must have significant experience of this type of work
They should have a can do, positive attitude to life and be very reliable and trustworthy.
Be good team player who will work well with the rest of our organization.
Someone who is respectful, honest, hardworking and diligent, with a friendly disposition.
That have excellent time management and communication skills.
