- Be at least 18years of age
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Atleast six months experience in a high-volume restaurant, Full Service preferred

A Day In The Brunch Life
As the Driver of the front door, the Lead Host keeps theOLO board moving, monitors server rotations, adjusts pacing, and communicateswith both the Squad and management to ensure VIPs are greeted, seated, andcelebrated. They are responsible for quoting accurate wait times based on OLOpredictions and maintaining clear, friendly communication with VIPs throughouttheir experience.
- Drive the floor: manage the OLO board, control the pace,seat with intention
- Maintain proper server rotation and maximize the diningroom
- Handle guest concerns and loop in management when needed
- Ensure all new hosts are trained and supported
- Takes responsibility for the full front door experience
- Keeps the team focused, organized, and guest-focused
- Collaborating with management todeliver seamless, VIP-first service
- Engagingwith guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
- Answeringphone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.
- Knowledgeof the menu.
- Assistingwith other positions in the restaurant as needed.

Working Conditions:
Position requires qualifiedindividuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly).
