Groundskeeper / maintenance assistant

Seeking reliable, honest person to help maintain 11.5 acres of mature landscaping. Any maintenance skills are a plus as we have 23 buildings to maintain. Duties include pulling weeds, trimming bushes, power washing breezeways, cleaning up leaves and pine needles, painting and staining exterior wood. Must have a positive attitude and a willing personality. The position is seasonal but joining full time can be negotiated based on performance and budget.
