Experienced BARISTA at Busy Coffee Stand - $25-30/hr with tips!

Our coffee stand is looking for a friendly, experienced, and reliable barista!

We are a family-friendly stand located in a busy Everett location and are looking for a team member who is motivated and willing to grow with us as we expand. Our stand is fully-plumbed with a restroom and commissary inside. We pride ourselves in serving Seattle-based coffee beans and are looking for baristas who know what it means to pull a good shot.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Opening/closing the business

Preparing various espresso-based drinks, blended drinks, smoothies, sodas

Serving a variety of food items such as pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and bagels

Maintain a clean and stocked environment

Cash-handling - opening/closing cash drawer while utilizing Square POS system

Professional and courteous with coworkers and customers as this can be a fast-paced environment and you need to be able to work well under pressure

Must be at least 18 years old and carry a WA Food Handler's Permit (or within 1 week of hire)

Reliability and a strong work ethic is what we are truly looking for, as some shifts require you to be working independently.

Preference given for applicants with availability on both Saturday & Sunday. Hours may range from 5AM to 7:45PM. More hours are available upon request as well.
