Seeking Guest Experience & Wine Guide: Part Time Tasting Room Associate?/Server

Structure Cellars - Seattle, WA

Location: 3861 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134?

Hours of Operation: Wednesday 2-7 | Thurs 2-7 | Fri 2-8 | Sat 12-8 | Sun 12-6 (Winter hours vary slightly)?

Pay: $20.76/hr (Tips are added after 2 week training period)

Schedule: 22-28 hours per week (Depending on location) | Weekend + evening availability required

We believe wine tasting should be anything but ordinary and champagne can be an everyday luxury! We're building a team of passionate, people-focused professionals who are excited to deliver unique, engaging, and memorable customer experiencesone glass at a time.

The Role:

We're looking for a warm, outgoing, and hospitality-minded individual to join our front-of-house teams. As a Tasting Room Associate, you'll do more than pour wine and Bubblesyou'll create memories and moments. Whether it's a first-time guest or a long-time club member, your job is to make them feel at home, heard, and excited about coming back.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Welcoming guests and guiding them through curated tasting experiences that highlight the story behind our wines and imported Champagnes and Sparkling Wines

Sharing wine knowledge in a way that's approachable, engaging, memorable and meets the guest where they are.

Driving wine and wine club sales through authentic, personalized service

Creating a space that encourages guests to stay, explore, and connect with the brand

Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency using POS systems (Order Port and Square)

Keeping locations room stocked, clean, organized, and inviting

Supporting private events, offsite activations, and occasional light food prep

Collaborating with a team that values hustle, humor, and hospitality

Prepare and serve food from our limited menu.

Who You Are:

At least 21 years of age

Naturally outgoing, personable, and a great listener

Honest, dependable, and committed to doing the right thing for the guest and for Structure.

Experienced in hospitality, sales, or customer service (bonus if it's wine-related!)

Passionate about wine and eager to learn about Washington's winemaking scene

Able to lift 40-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and move comfortably in a fast-paced space

A flexible team player who can pivot with grace and keep calm under pressure

Holds (or can obtain) a valid WA MAST Class 12 Permit and Food Handler's Card
