Shift Availability: Thursday - Saturday evenings (4:30-9:30), Sunday Afternoon (12:30-5:30)
Position Overview: As a Line Cook at Lovely's, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food preparation and presentation. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Working with urgency while preparing burgers, sides, and other menu items to order.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work Weekends
- A passion for creating delicious food and a dedication to quality.
