Position: Line Cook

Experience Required: 2-3+ Years

Shift Availability: Thursday - Saturday evenings (4:30-9:30), Sunday Afternoon (12:30-5:30)

Position Overview: As a Line Cook at Lovely's, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food preparation and presentation. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with urgency while preparing burgers, sides, and other menu items to order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work Weekends
  • A passion for creating delicious food and a dedication to quality.
