Are you passionate about planning unforgettable events and creating seamless experiences? Baird is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Corporate Events team!
In this role, youll help bring Bairds brand to life by organizing impactful meetings and events that support our business goals and foster strong relationships. From intimate dinners to dynamic corporate gatherings, youll manage logistics, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
What Youll Do:
Plan and coordinate corporate events (typically 50150 attendees) from start to finish
Lead planning meetings, manage budgets, and handle vendor negotiations
Oversee on-site logistics and ensure smooth event execution
Support senior planners on larger, more complex events
Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
12 years of corporate event planning experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new tools
Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours during events

Compensation and Total Rewards Package:
- $48,000 -$60,000 annual salary range
- Bonus potential up to 8.5% of base salary
- Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance, location and/or firm profitability
