This community is still under construction with an expected start date for this role May 2025. This role will spend the first several weeks of employment gearing up to welcome our first residents. The first month of employment may have a varied schedule with various training locations. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first employees of the community and to be apart of an amazing team who will care for our residents.

Clarendale West End is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper Supervisor:

• Supervises the performance of all housekeepers through personal inspections of apartments and Health Center rooms, as assigned.
• Assists in the recruitment of staff, training, evaluating and disciplining all housekeepers.
• Keeps required records, reports and studies.
• Coordinates annual apartment cleanings with the Environmental Services Director.
• Coordinates department functions with those of other departments.
• Conducts inventories of all housekeeping supplies, and places monthly orders for all housekeeping supplies.
• Coordinates the scheduling of all apartment cleaning and special cleaning projects.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
• Strong organizational skills and team management skills
• effective communication
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
