THE STARTING RATE: \$6.75 per hour plus tipsTHE DAY-TO-DAY: Deal one or more Game Types proficiently, includingBlackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), andvariations Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits,openers/closers, and marker transactions; accurately exchange cash ormarkers for chips; collect losing bets, pays winning bets, and collectcommission based on game dealt Communicate verbally with supervisors orTable Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on thegame Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and makesresolution only at the direction of the supervisor Promote and maintainthe highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to theirneeds and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guestcomplaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter tomanagement THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has high school diploma, GED orequivalent Has 6+ months of prior relevant experience in dealingmultiple table games experience working in a similar resort setting THEPERKS & BENEFITS: Healthcare, financial and time off benefits Wellnessincentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainmentdiscounts as well as discounts with company partners on things liketravel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
