Experienced bartender & barback wanted (berkeley) Acme Bar & Company compensation: $19.00 an hour plus tips employment type: job title: bartender Acme Bar & Company is looking for a bartender & part time barback. Must have minimum 3 years experience with cocktails, spirits, beer & wine. Must know how to work with fresh juices, house made syrups, specialty/craft cocktails. Must be know whiskey and commit to learning and studying Acme's 1000 bottle collection. Must have weekend availability. This is an absolute must. This position requires skill, spirit/whiskey knowledge and cocktail bartending experience. PLEASE do not submit resume unless you meet the listed requirements. Must be comfortable working a bar on their own at times. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Be able to change kegs both 5gl and 1/2 barrel size, CO2 canisters and soda syrup boxes . Bar back MUST have experience and willingness to learn and grow. This is a position for someone who wants to become a bartender on Acme's team. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
