Duties & Responsibilities: Securely handle credit card transactions Store bags in an organized & efficient manner Interact with fans in a positive and respectful manner Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Event Operations Coordinator Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment. Exhibit a fun, friendly customer service-oriented attitude and professional appearance at all times. Ability to process credit card transactions using a portable credit card reader. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with fans and other employees. Ability to work independently with minimal direction to complete personal goals and as a team member in order to accomplish department goals. Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities. Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at Houston Texans home games, at other Houston Texans sponsored events held in and around NRG Stadium and/or NRG Park and at other locations in the Houston metropolitan area; therefore, responsibilities must be physically performed at the designated location and not in a telecommuting manner. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to work outside for extended periods of time Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.
