Food Preparation Worker

Responsible for preparing food items for line cooks, including cutting, seasoning, and cooking various ingredients such as wings and fish. Duties include cutting wings into appropriate sizes, seasoning them with the required spices, and cooking them to the specified temperature. Also responsible for the preparation of fish, including cleaning, filleting, and seasoning. Ensures all food items are prepared according to the restaurant's recipes and safety standards. Maintains a clean and organized work area, follows all food safety regulations, and assists in inventory management by monitoring supplies and reporting low stock to the kitchen manager. Assists with additional kitchen tasks as needed to ensure efficient and timely food service.**One month of training in Basic Culinary Arts and Food Safety Training, including food preparation techniques, proper handling of kitchen equipment, food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and basic cooking methods.**
