Lead Custodian (Swing Shift) - $16/Hour - Salem, OR Are you an experienced janitorial professional with a passion for team management? We are seeking a Lead Custodian to join our team in Salem, OR for the Swing Shift (Monday to Friday). This is a full-time position offering $16 per hour , with an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and expertise in the janitorial industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage janitorial team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies Handle team scheduling and assist with training new staff Qualifications: Proven experience in janitorial services required Prior team management or supervisory experience is a must Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic If you are a reliable and experienced custodian with leadership experience, we encourage you to apply!
