Persian Restaurant- Cook Needed

We are seeking a skilled Cook with experience in Persian or Middle Eastern cuisine to prepare and cook traditional dishes, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Persian dishes according to recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook, preferably with knowledge of Persian cuisine.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred:
Knowledge of Persian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
Previous experience in a Persian or Middle Eastern restaurant.
