About the role

The Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On-Call Server Assistant for the return of Five-One-Six! Located on the Resort's rooftop with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Five-One-Six promises an unforgettable experience where guests can enjoy signature cocktails against the backdrop of stunning ocean and sunset views. It's an ideal spot to enjoy sunset cocktails before dinner.

What you will do

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Server Assistant will respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.

• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.

• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverages while explain the contents and anticipate/service the guests before request are made.

• Preparation of condiment and garish items.

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving drinks from the bar using a tray and safely transporting them to the guest as well as removal from the table.

• Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.

What you bring

• Minimum 1 year in food service or related work preferred.

• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

• Ability to carry and balance a tray.

• On Call/Causal - schedule may vary on business need

• Thursday - Saturday

• 2:30pm to 8:30pm
