OVERVIEW:

As a Cashier / Front of House Team Member, youll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests, taking orders efficiently, managing transactions, and ensuring the dining and pickup areas are clean and inviting. Youll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to maintain the flow of service throughout your shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm.
  • Take orders accurately in-person and.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide helpful recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front counter, self-serve station, and dining area.
  • Package takeout and delivery orders neatly and correctly.
  • Monitor the dining room for cleanliness and guest needs when the dining room opens.
  • Restock napkins, utensils, cups, and condiments as needed.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Support with side work, including opening/closing duties and occasional light prep tasks.
  • Assist in managing third-party delivery orders and coordinating with drivers when applicable.
  • Uphold company policies and provide a consistent guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous cashier or food service experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train the right person!
  • Friendly, upbeat personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and remains calm under pressure.
  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
