The iconic Russian Tea Room is seeking experienced and dedicated Server with Bartending Skills to join our Front of House team. Candidates must have open availability , including the ability to work holidays and weekends .

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm, knowledgeable, and refined guest experience

• Describe menu items and specials with accuracy and enthusiasm

• Prepare cocktails and provide bartending support as needed

• Recommend food and beverage pairings with confidence and care

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the POS system

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct course delivery

• Complete pre-service and post-service side work, including dining room setup and breakdown

• Clean and restock service stations; polish silverware and glassware as needed

• Support fellow team members and assist other stations when required by management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in an upscale, fast-paced restaurant

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience

• Strong knowledge of wine and beverage pairings

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and lift at least 20 lbs

• Must be clean shaven as per grooming standards

• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
