Hotel Talent NYC is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new hotel in the vibrant Uptown neighborhood, and were looking for dynamic Guest Service Agents to join our opening team!

If you're full of energy, bring great vibes, and know how to create unforgettable guest experiences, we want to meet you. We're hosting an in-person casting call to find the right talent for this exciting new chapter.

Start dates will begin after August 1st , so if you're available and ready to make your mark in the hospitality industry, this is your moment.

What Youll Do

• Be the first warm welcome our guests receive and the lasting impression they remember.

• Assist guests in person and over the phonethink of yourself as their guide to the city.

• Utilize your problem-solving and technical skills to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

The Essentials

Strong English communication skills are a must. Youll be standing, interacting with guests, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. Familiarity with hotel systems and multitasking under pressure will set you apart.

Compensation

The anticipated compensation range for this position in New York City is $18.00- $22.00 per hour. The exact hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including years of experience in the job and industry, education, and other relevant qualifications.
